Real estate digital marketing helps agents, brokerages, property managers and developers win buyers, sellers and tenants in the markets they serve. TLG Marketing builds neighborhood and listing pages, manages Google Business Profiles and reviews, runs Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns within fair housing ad rules, and routes each inquiry to the right agent with its source tracked.

How clients pick an agent or property

Home buyers usually start on large listing portals, so agents rarely win on listings alone. Sellers decide differently. They ask friends, read reviews, look up recent sales in their neighborhood and interview a few agents. Renters and commercial tenants compare location, price and responsiveness. In every case, the agent or company that looks established online and replies quickly gets the conversation, and that first reply often decides who gets the business.

Channels that produce real estate leads

  • Local search. Neighborhood, community and market report pages through our local SEO work, aimed at sellers researching their area.
  • Social ads. Listing, open house and home valuation campaigns through our Facebook advertising service, plus Instagram video.
  • Profiles and reviews. A complete Google Business Profile for every agent and office, with a routine for asking past clients for reviews.
  • Email follow-up. Market updates and new listing alerts that keep past clients and slow-moving buyers in touch.

Fair housing and license rules

The Fair Housing Act bars ads that indicate a preference based on protected characteristics, and ad platforms limit housing ad targeting as a result. Many states require the brokerage name or a license number in advertising, MLS rules govern how listings appear online, and texting or calling leads depends on proper consent. Your broker of record decides how those rules apply. We write neutral, factual copy and build forms that capture consent.

What TLG delivers

We design fast, mobile-friendly sites with IDX search, home valuation requests and contact forms connected to your CRM, so each lead arrives with its source and the property that prompted it. Elite One Mortgage is one of the lending clients in TLG’s portfolio.

// Questions

Real estate marketing: common questions

Why can’t we target real estate ads by age or ZIP code?

Meta and Google treat housing as a special ad category in the US, which restricts targeting by age, gender and narrow location to support fair housing. We build audiences from broad geography, interests and your own site visitors within those limits, and write ads that work without fine targeting.

Do you work with commercial real estate and property management firms?

Yes. Commercial brokers market to investors and business owners, often through LinkedIn, email and property-specific landing pages, while property managers need leasing campaigns and content for owners. We plan each around who signs the contract.

Can you add IDX listings to our website?

Yes. Our developers connect IDX feeds so listings display on your site under your MLS display and attribution rules, and we build neighborhood and saved-search pages around them so visitors have reasons to register and return.

How much does digital marketing cost?

It depends on your market, your goals and which channels you need. Tell us your monthly budget on the form and we'll recommend the mix that budget can support.

Do I need every channel?

No. Many businesses start with one or two channels, usually search and a better website, and add more once those produce leads.

How do you report results?

You get regular reports on spend, leads and cost per lead by channel, so you can see what each dollar produced.
