Video production for business covers planning, scripting, filming and editing the videos buyers watch before they get in touch: brand films, service explainers, customer testimonials, social clips and website hero video. TLG Marketing handles every stage with one team, then delivers each video captioned and cut to size for your website, YouTube channel, social feeds and ads.

Videos we make

  • Brand films. A short film about who you are, how you work and the people behind it, for your homepage, About page and sales meetings.
  • Service explainers. One video per core service that walks through the problem, your process and what the customer gets, placed on the matching service page.
  • Customer testimonials. Real customers interviewed in their own words, with a signed release. We don’t write their answers, because the FTC’s Endorsement Guides require testimonials to reflect the customer’s honest opinion.
  • Social cuts. Vertical and square edits for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, with captions on screen for people scrolling with the sound off.
  • Website hero video. A short, silent background loop compressed to load quickly. Browsers allow muted video to autoplay, and WCAG asks for a pause control on motion that starts automatically and runs longer than five seconds, so we add one.

How a shoot comes together

Most of the work happens before the camera rolls, which keeps filming days short and gives the editor everything each cut needs.

  • Plan. We agree on the audience, the one action each video should prompt and where it will be posted, then list every cut the shoot has to supply.
  • Script and shot list. You approve the script or interview questions and a shot list before filming day.
  • Film. We film at your office, shop floor or job site, capturing interviews and footage of the work itself so every edit has something real to show.
  • Edit. Editing, color, sound, licensed music, titles and captions, with rounds of feedback on the cut before final export.

Putting video where buyers decide

A video pays off when it sits where people choose who to call. We place explainers on the service pages they describe, add VideoObject structured data so Google can show them in its video features, and end each edit with one next step, such as a phone number or a booking link. Captions are a WCAG requirement for prerecorded video with sound, and they make every cut usable on mute.

Our brand identity team keeps titles, colors and graphics consistent with the rest of your brand, and our social media marketing team can schedule the social cuts. If a new video needs a page built around it, see website design.

// Questions

Video production: common questions

Do our staff need to memorize a script?

No. Owners, staff and customers come across best talking about work they know, so we interview them with prepared questions and build the story in the edit. Where a scripted voiceover suits better, such as a service explainer, we write it for your approval before filming.

What files will we receive?

A full-length master in widescreen, vertical and square cuts for social, a short silent loop if your site needs a hero video, and caption files for each version. Every file is named for the place it’s meant to be posted.

Can you use footage we already have?

Yes. We review your existing footage, photos and screen recordings and use whatever holds up, which can reduce how much we need to film. Older clips usually need color correction, new captions and a tighter edit before they match new material.

How much does branding or design work cost?

It depends on scope, from a single logo or brochure to a full identity with guidelines and collateral. Tell us your budget on the form and we’ll show you what it can achieve.

How long does a branding project take?

A logo takes about two days from brief to final files. A full brand identity with guidelines takes about two weeks, depending on how quickly feedback and decisions come back.

We already have a logo. Can you work with it?

Yes. We can refresh it, build a fuller identity around it or design new materials that follow your current guidelines. If the logo is holding you back, we’ll tell you and explain why.

How do we get started?
